How you can expect to spend your day:
As a Sales Executive aka Lead Development Representative,  you will be researching who to contact as potential clients, creating sales opportunities. You will be qualifying leads and profiling prospective customers. Your primary objective is to generate meetings with prospects across key target accounts.

Core Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies.
– Research organizations via the web, LinkedIn, social media, CRM platforms.
– Create and deliver new business pitches, write proposals, media plans.
– Identify and approach prospective clients either by phone, email or social media.
– Generate meetings with qualified prospects for key target accounts in the UAE.
– Maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities including forecasting monthly and quarterly revenues.
– Meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
– Update prospect information within CRM, sharing regular updates with the team to ensure each opportunity is understood and the next steps are clearly defined.
– Attend networking events, meet with clients.
– Seeking out for new agencies to build relationships.

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:
– Interest in online video content for corporate storytelling, social media and events.
– B2B experience in sales/prospecting – ideally in Media.
– Client-facing experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Previous success in sales/lead development.

– 2-3 years experience in a sales capacity
– Experience selling video production, video content services.
– Experience using CRM, LinkedIn sales navigator and other prospecting tools.
– Knowledge of the media industry, customers and market.
